Jordan's Point Park, Lexington, VA

Once the City of Lexingtonís canal-based commercial and industrial hub, Jordanís Point was adopted by the City of Lexington as an historic riverfront park following 1999 relocation of an early 20th Century water treatment plant. Bartenstein collaborated with Carlton Abbott & Partners on the park master plan. He has since worked closely with both the City and volunteer groups on specific implementation projects including a perimeter path system, visitor arrival and public parking area, and preservation plan for the historic Millerís House, a future park headquarters and interpretive center.
